Scheduling your consultation

Call (949) 459-2882 for consultation fees and appointment availability. Consultation fees are non-refundable and are not credited toward treatment fees if you choose to begin treatment. A credit card is required on file. For patients under 18, a parent or legal guardian should call to arrange the first visit.

In-person care

Your consultation takes place at our Rancho Santa Margarita office, where we can evaluate your needs in person. Virtual consultations are not available.

Who we treat

We provide ongoing orthodontic care to Orange County residents. If you live outside Orange County, you may schedule an in-person, opinion-only consultation, which does not include a treatment plan.

Your evaluation

Dr. Ting takes time to understand your concerns and assess your bite, jaw structure, and orthodontic needs. We take our own records in the office, which may include a CBCT scan, photographs, and an iTero digital scan.

For patients eligible for treatment, we explain the recommended options, timing, financing, and insurance benefits so you know what to expect.

Appointment changes

​If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are subject to a fee. Please call our office for details.
